When the law firm McCarthy Tétrault wished to launch an entirely new division dedicated to the management of digital information they called on Bensimon Partners. Our Brand Discovery work focused on positioning the new entity as a firm specializing in the complexities of technology and the law, offering services such as e-Discovery, Information Governance, Due Diligence and Managed Review.
